QUESTION FOR OTHER LANDLORDS - Beautiful things
How would you tell a tenant who doesn't take good care of the property that their request for new cabinets has been denied, the tenant has been there a few years and has not taken care of the unit but is now asking for new cabinets and for their rug to be removed. What's a diplomatic way to say this?
