Hi I am new here, I would like to invest in Buffalo NY , I am canadian living one hour away from Buffalo, I am thinking of buying a rental duplex, how is the market in Buffalo? What are the good areas there? The ROI on rentals in Buffalo? Thank you

I own a 10 unit in South Towns south of Buffalo for almost 7 years. Prices and rents went up sky high since I bought.. rents doubled and value 2x..

If you need connections let me know.. we GTA people need to look elsewhere with the craziness we are dealing with in our markets and lack of cash flow..
