@Hai Loc thank you for your feed back , yes its impossible to get into the Canadian market now adays,how do you manage to get a mortgage in the USA? Do you buy as an individual or you established a LLP LLC LP in the states ? And do you manage tenants/rent/mantanaince through a PM ?
