@Karl B., unfortunately I’m not local, I’m trying to do the preliminary research before I move there this summer. I Plan on buying a house for my family and I to live in and then a few rentals. I just want to make sure that the house I buy for myself can be easily rented out when I move again in a few years.

So, Im new to the investing game, but I do know that I do not want to deal with property management. I'm focusing on Buy and Hold or BRRRR properties and will be hiring property managers for the rental portion. For those that higher property managers, what do you look for/ how do you know if they are good or not?

Im active Duty Military Moving to Latown,OK this summer and am looking to buy for a future rental property.  Im just getting into the game and bought my first house in Tennessee and rented it for a decent profit and wanted to continue this at Lawton. Does anybody have any advice on good areas vs. bad areas and Decent property Managers in the area?
