Hello BP Community,

My family owns a  building with eight apartments and a commercial space on the first floor in Greenwich Village NYC.  I am seeking advice or recommendation/referrals for a Property Management Company to take care of the day to day operations.  We have been in the process of trying to sell the building for the past 2 years.  Obviously this past year has not been good for NY real estate.  The building will primarily be vacant except for 2 apartments.  We are still trying to sell but the family is just too spread out to handle it all.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  If I can offer any help in return please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank You!!
