Hi, long story short, tenant paid in cash for the whole year lease. The tenant's wife passed away overdosed on drugs outside of the property and the husband ask for my spare keys since her stuff was taken for investigation.

After that, the husband have been unreliable to be reached, last seen 3 month ago but some randoms are in the house now. The lease is ended and i still cant find the husband, phone is off, the randoms gave me a false number and said they would sign a lease with me. I do not want that.

Anyway to evict these people? Call the police for welfare check? Im afraid if i call the police, these guys can find out where i live by looking up who owns the house they renting now as it shows where i live.

Evictions are back on. Call Tschetter Sulzer here in town. They will speak to you for free at first. The forms are on their site. CALL THEM MONDAY.

Have you made contact with them? You might be able to do cash for keys.

Edit - I'd have them all fill out rental applications so you have their real info, ids, SSN#s, etc.
