Property Management Software with Accounting

I have a mixture of commercial and SFR's totaling less than 15 properties. I just hired an assistant last week and sending her for PM certification. I currently use QB's but now I'm wanting a PM software that is user friendly and has capabilities to run P&L's, keep up with depreciation, etc. I'm also needing to send funds to property owners electronically. What do ya'll recommend?
