The Po Po (Police) called to my first rental property

So I have my very fist tenant. She passed screening and was the only applicant on the application. Long story short her first night in the property the police were called out for a domestic disturbance. I feel like I need to address the fact that she should be the only occupant but I do understand that I am making some presumptions here. Before I press send on this email how would you handle this situation?

I wouldn't send an email, its so easy for that to be misunderstood, get the wrong tone, etc.

If anything, I would call and just say "hey I heard the police visited, is everything OK?" and try and get her to explain what happened.   She may have moved away from an abusive ex.

However really what can you do even with an email or call?  As long as they aren't doing something against the lease, you can't do much except risk getting involved in someone's drama. I'd just quietly keep an eye on the situation myself and let the police handle it.
