I am trying to purchase the Ark lease package but I dont see a buy button. When I try and download it it lets me but I cant open it.

What am I doing wrong? I really need these asap because I just bought my first OOS multi and need to get them vetted and revised for my situation. @Mindy Jensen I hope you are on and can direct me to who can help me out with this.
