Finding a rental property in Tampa is mission impossible!

Telling my story. I've been in real estate for many years, and I have good credit, no evictions, and a down payment, and I can't find a property in my budget. If I do find a property within my budget, it's gone within 24 hours. Any advice you can propvide would be great!

Get on some wholesale lists, get your cash ready and/or get approved with a hard money lender, and be ready to pull the trigger quickly.  You will have to sort through 50 crap deals before you find 1 winner, but they are out there.
