Property you own VS Property you manage

Hello All,

I currently have a few of my own rentals. My most recent additional revenue stream is a rental that I manage but I do not own. Is anyone aware of property management software where you can differentiate the two but is still in All-in-one solution ?

Best Regards,
Rich

@Richard Daigle it would probably be a good idea to verify with your state if you're allowed to manage other's property without a license, unless of course you are.

I use Appfolio for my PM software and really like it but I believe it has a 50 unit minimum now. A lot of other people on this site use Cozy.
