Thank you for the quick response. I have done my due diligence from a legal stand point. I have checked out both appfolio and cozy among others. I currently use Stessa. Stessa seems uncooperative unless you own the property.

Hello All,

I currently have a few of my own rentals. My most recent additional revenue stream is a rental that I manage but I do not own. Is anyone aware of property management software where you can differentiate the two but is still in All-in-one solution ?

Best Regards,
Rich
