Would you ask solar power to long-term rental?
I am considering adding solar power to my upcoming long term rental properties in Arizona to maximize my rental income? I am considering lease to own option will cost zero all of the pocket. Any thoughts?

In AZ, think I'd do it in a heart beat.
Only issue is that Tesla/SolarCity will record a UCC against the property for the lease. Since it's recorded, any debt recorded later will be subordinate.
Not a problem, but if you sell, it may take 15 phone calls (don't ask how I found out) to Tesla to find a person that'll return your phone call. They need to do a release and then re-record after the new primary debt.
