Hi all. I would like to learn the process to get a property under contract for wholesale. I am in SoCal market (LA) and would like to know the legal process to get a off market property under contract to resell to investors, flippers etc. thanks all.

I am considering adding solar power to my upcoming long term rental properties in Arizona to maximize my rental income? I am considering lease to own option will cost zero all of the pocket. Any thoughts?
