Contract signed but not closed - Should we place tenants?

Have just signed a deal for a multi-unit, it has a number of vacancies... I am currently showing an owned property and will have more candidates than I can accommodate. Can't make up my mind if I should recruit these tenants for the multi that I'm buying.

They are somewhat similar, same zip code, my unit is B/B+, the multis are B/C-, all will be upgraded to B. There is one duplex that is an excellent match in terms of neighborhood, upgrades, etc.

Any ideas are welcome.
