How to screen tenant's employer if rent is paid by employer

Hi! I have a prospective tenant who submitted his application today, he told me his employer (not a national company) will be paying for his rent. How do our BiggerPockets landlords here handle screenings on that?

It's easy to screen the tenant using his income but if he's not paying for his rent, it is his employer paying for his rent, I can't possibly ask for his company's financials right? I feel that'll be too much.

Thank you very much.
