vacation rental insurance parameters
Does anyone have advice on how much coverage I should be purchasing on a 3 bedroom vacation rental. Building/contents/lossincome? I am in contract for a three bedroom 2 bath condo. There is a master policy for the building. I am gettting quotes from the real estate agent's two insurance agents and I asked mine but it seems like the price comes down to "how much coverage I want to purchase" I'm not sure how much it would cost to replace the building and contents. I supposed the lost income would be calculated as gross not net.
