Tenant moves trailer onto property. What should I do?

I own a duplex and one of my tenants moved a travel trailer in the background and her mother is staying in it. They have a power cord running to the duplex that they say was done by an electrician. I do not pay utilities. They state they are unable to pay much more for rent but states the mother has no where else to go.  Has anyone run into this and what would you suggest?

I agree with @Steve Morris. I have previously called the city on tenants that have left inoperable vehicles on the property and they will usually tag it giving them 7-14 days to remove it or the city will have it towed. Now you have a new clause to add to your future leases.
