Honor property management agreement?
I am taking over a property that already has tenants. One of the units is managed by a property management company. I know I need to honor the lease for the tenant, however, do I need to keep going with the property management company for the duration of the lease as well?

You do not have to honor it. If you change PMs or self manage do make sure you get all the documents needed from the current pm- maintenance records, lease, and anything else you can get.
