CAN YOU HELP ME FIND A PODCAST?
I know this is a strange request perhaps. Im trying to find a podcast I listened to once before (not sure the date of product. There are only a few things I remember, First off there was a lot of great information that would apply to me now regarding construction. In the podcast they spoke about multifamily and creative ways to maximize returns creatively. I believe there was a story about a tree being cut down as well as electrical work done by the interviewee. I know this is a shot in the dark but anything will help!
Thanks!

Sounds like the guest actually did some work. If you mean a BP podcast, it must've been a while ago.
in the mid 200s, like 240-250 I remember regular people that worked in their business. Might be a start.
