Building My Real Estate Team (Attorney, CPA, Subcontractor, etc.)

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of closing on my first rental property and am in the process of building a reliable team prior to rehab and tenant-vetting.  I was hoping some of you guys would be able to throw some referrals my way.  I'm looking for several reliable, trustworthy, investor-friendly team members in the Palm Beach County, FL area to add to my list:

RE attorney

CPA familiar with real estate tax code

Reliable subcontractors

Good handymen

Reliable property management companies

On a side note, if there are any experienced investors out there in he Palm Beach County area that are looking for someone to help with the dirty work on any of their deals/property, let me know.  I'm looking to learn and grow the right way in this business and am looking for nothing more than the experience.  Thanks so much guys!
