Attention bloggers - seeking advice on a blog

Hi,

I've started a blog called "bad landlord" in which I aim to share my lessons learned from my numerous mistakes as a real estate investor. Blogging is new territory to me (yes, I'm a boomer - technically) so I could use some advice on how to spruce it up a bit.

Content wise I think I've got some good stuff to share that I think our members could benefit from; especially newer investors who are apprehensive about all the bad things that could happen. Many of those bad things have happened to me and I'm eager to share how I got through them.

Where I need help is:

Generally, how long to you like to make an individual post?

How frequent to you post?

Is it helpful to use graphics (just for interest) and what kind of graphics do you like to use?

Also any other advise (especially from experienced bloggers) would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
