LED light bulbs

I am thinking of swapping out incandescents for LED in all my units on a forward basis.

Anyone see the new CREE "LED Light Bulb"? $10/pop? screw in like incandescent. Seem... cool. Worth it from a hassle perspective as well.

A local Menard's was selling CFLs for 3 for $1 so I snapped up a bunch. I can't see putting the expensive ones into a rental unless there was a public area I was paying for.
