Las Vegas short term

Just purchased a property in great location for short term.  There are very few places near the strip zoned for airbnb and the property I have is zoned for it,however it also has to be 665 feet from another airbnb and there is one that it 200ft.  So until their license expires next may I cannot apply for one.  Does anyone know any other way to do this legally?  I know corporate rentals are an option..suggestion??

@Vaughn Cruz There are all kinds of options if you do a 30-day minimum.  Here's a list of potential tenant pool ideas:

  1. 1. A lot of the big construction projects have skilled labor on a contract basis.
  2. 2. Traveling nurses
  3. 3. Convention goers (however, this is a long shot with COVID)
  4. 4. Insurance companies placing owners waiting for home to be repaired
  5. 5. People waiting for a new construction house to be built
