Storage closets and garage charges.

How much do you charge for storage closets and garages?
I charge $50/month for 1 car garages and I’m wondering what the going rate is? 
I also provide tenants with storage closets for free and I was thinking of charging a monthly fee but I am uncertain what it should be. 
I’m  in Minnesota twin city area
