Hey @Jaedan Stanislaus, kudos to you for not wanting to settle for a job and life that doesn't feel meaningful to you! The very first thing I would suggest, assuming you're new to real estate investment, is to learn as much as you can. Bigger Pockets has a great podcast. I'd listen to as many of those episodes as you can. Sign up for webinars that BP sometimes offers, and read lots of books. Brandon Turner is one author I suggest all REI newbies read. Check out the BP bookstore here for ideas on what to start reading. This will help you get familiar with different strategies to determine what's the best fit for you, and also give you guidance on how to get started with the strategy you choose. It's also super encouraging to hear other people's stories and what did/didn't work for them.
