Hey everyone !

There is an area that im looking into and there are many unused, dirty, empty pools and all i kept thinking was how dangerous ! and probably expensive to fix and maintain....so i thought hey why not remove the empty dangerous pool and create a finished basement and an ADU where the pool once stood ! Anyway...has anyone ever done this ? i thought it might be kinda interesting to do.

Seems reasonable.  I don't have any experience with this but I am curious to hear more about yours if you move forward.  ADUs are the best!
