Hello BP Family!

I came across a deal in my hometown NC. I’m currently located in Washington State. I’m a veteran with good credit, however I don’t have 20k to purchase the home outright. What are a few ways to go about getting funding with appropriate terms and interest rates. I would like to do private or hard money lending...any suggestions?
