Accepting digital payments

Are there any cons in accepting digital payments like Zelle or paypal? People today do not want to send a check. It is also instantly in my bank account.

 It's dependent on the laws where you are, but my understanding is yes.  If you don't cash the check and return it, that doesn't reset the clock.  I use Innago to manage my rentals and digital payment (free for landlords).  It charges the tenant a fee for ACH and Credit/Debit card transactions, but it gives you the ability to turn on and off partial payments.
