I have been searching for a similar tool. The best I can find is the interactive zoning map for the particular county I am looking into.

Has anyone rented out their SFR as an Adult Care Residence? How did you find the tenant? What local resources are out there to connect to operators?

Thanks!

Joe

@Dan Thomas I honestly do not think Loan Officers should even have after hours. Their clients are busy all day working and need them the most after working hours. (Everyone needs a break though :))

@Joe Splitrock Thanks for your input!!

Being organized is for sure an important part of this equation. As a borrower I know what docs the lender generally needs so I start getting those ready as soon as I get the lender involved. I have had my lender tell me I was one of his easiest clients because he does not have to chase me. In return he moves extra quick for me to get me closed quicker and with less headache. Relationships, relationships, relationships!!!

@Caleb Brown Thanks for posting! Do you have an example of a loan officer dropping the ball?

We are all going to need to work with a Loan Officer during our RE investing. The experience can be smooth or challenging. What were the actions that made a loan officer stick out as great and what were the action that made him seem to be a pain?
