Zillow, trulia, redfin estimates accurate?

I have found these estimate to be good ballpark estimates in areas with a lot of comps. But I am currently looking at a property in Whitestown, IN but see all estimates are way below asking price. I am wondering if it's because there just aren;'t enough home sales in this area to accurately reflect the price?
