Making sure an Easement is an Easement
I am cowholesaling a property with a wholesaler and the property is a 2 story 3 bed 1 bath house in Eureka, CA. Its 1500 sq ft and the lot it is on is only 1550 sqt. The front door has two fence gates with houses to the left and right of them and if the gates were unlocked it would access the main street. This is where the front door is as it has a mailbox right there, the address and overall just looks like a front door. The neighbors have these fences locked and all as they say it is not an easement. There IS a door in the back that has access to a gravel road that can allow access to the street but is 100% not a front door. Where can I go to find if this is an easement as it will add value to the property. Also if you have any comments on the property please let me know. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FD0CGlJiH8&t=48s Currently running for a price at 135,000 ish
