Ventless Air Conditioner?

In my short term rental there is no AC. It's not needed that much on top of a mountain but every now in then it can get musty. I have a portable in the main area but nothing but ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Has anyone one had experience using ventless ACs for rooms with no windows?
