i am considering renovating 10 rentalunits...what do you recommend regarding following?

1) should i use same COLOR LVP flooring in all units, including rooms kitchen and family room? Will be easier to maintain in future...

2) same color tile in all 10 washrooms?

3) one color paint throughout all 10 units?

Please advise...

Yes.  My husband and I have 3 paint colors and 2 flooring selections that we choose from for all properties.  We buy 5 gallons at a time of the paint.  It is a huge cost and time saver.  Everything is either Maid Stone Beige or Romain Grey with Lexington Green thrown in if we want an accent color.  3 of our properties also have the same counter tops.  It's to the point the last time I did a kitchen reno, my contractor didn't even ask me what counter tops to put in.
