Rental Increases Slowing Down?
New starts are going up, new multifamilies are growing like weeds in my area. Will the saturation of new apartments and single family rentals slow your ability to raise rents in the future? As inventories increase demand falls and prices fall or slow for a new cycle that could last for years. Worse, rents can fall to compete.
Any long range plans changing yet? Exit strategies?
