Eviction and 10 day notice.

I have 2 questions that are related.
1. Do I have to wait till August 14 (thats when courts here in Indy will re start eviction process) to give a 10 day notice to pay or vacate?
2. Does anyone know if eviction moratorium will be extended in Indy.
