Rent collection apps

Hello everyone.

My tenants are still.paying with check and or money order and I am trying to automate the rent collection process a bit so I do not have to go over there to collect every month. What are your favorite rent collection methods and apps? Any good free property management apps out there?

@Travis Lewing I would start by looking into free property management softwares like Innago.
