We close on our first house-hack in a couple of weeks and will be renting out the rooms. What app do you recommend to screen for tenants and collect rent?

@Krystle Khoo BiggerPockets has recommended screening companies right on their website.  I would recommend checking out the landlord resources tab.  You can also find the link I provided by hovering over the "Tools" tab and clicking "landlord resources" under services.

I would recommend doing some research on what company best fits your screening needs.  Congratulations on your investment!
