Balcony or larger room?
Hi BP. I'm Currently building an ADU (in SoCal) The original plans had a small balcony off one of the bedrooms. Now I'm second guessing myself and wondering if I should scrap the balcony and make the room larger. I keep going back and forth. From a landlord standpoint what is more appealing to a renter, smaller room with balcony or a large room? I know I can't please the masses but wanted some input.
