Renting by the Room - Month to Month Tenancy Agreement

Hi everyone,

I'm curious for all those that are house hacking, what "Tenancy Agreement" are you using?

I'm looking for a "month to month" tenancy agreement and would like to customize it to fit my needs in regards to common spaces, allocated room , and etc. Do you guys have an attorney look over it after customizing a specific agreement?
