I'm in the Greater Nashville market and sounds like what I see is similar to you guys.  ($500k+) Higher price points are slowing as buyers buying power has dropped with the interest rate hikes. Lower priced homes tend to still getting a lot of offers and going 20, 30, 40k over market value.

Several high producers in my market center have also reported a decent reduction on showings and overall interest.
