Pre-Approved for FHA, considering creating an LLC to protect mysef against potential future lawsuits with tenants. Is it worth it?

No, @Jamal Jacobs. At the risk of being rude, the fact that you're using a FHA loan suggests that you don't really have any assets to protect. If you're truly worried about being sued, invest in a robust umbrella insurance policy.
