What should my website have?
Hey yall...im trying to invest in real estate in my neighborhood (4 zip codes) to buy and hold and rent....people say i should get a website for marketing. Since my focus is only 4 zip codes since im just starting and i dont want to go too far from where i live and also cause its a great area..up and coming area. If anyone has a website can i see it? so i can get some ideas or any pointers are appreciated. Like what should i say? "I buy houses in (neighborhood name)" or should i just say "i buy houses in (city name)"...maybe in hopes of getting any deal that makes sence done. But then again that might be false advertising. I dont want to limit myself but i also want to put myself out there to as many people as possible.
