I was hoping that someone from Columbus Ohio might have some recommendations for Contractors or handymen that would work with an out of state (OOS) investor. Any and all responses will be appreciated. It looks like my investment property is going to need so TLC and I won't be able to be there to supervise the projects.  Thanks!!!!
