Are camera's legal on rental properties?
I have a tenant whom I do not trust and would like to put up camera's in the yard of my rental.
Is this legal?

The Tenant has a right to quiet enjoyment, which means you can't record them without their permission. If you don't like the Tenant, why don't you just be honest and ask them to leave? Or give them notice based on your state requirements. Or honor the contract and get rid of them when it expires.
