Hide Home Address from Tenants
I want to avoid using my home address on tenant applications, tax parcels, etc.
A PO box is ~$70/year. Does anyone know of any alternatives?

I'm just saying, $70 a year is less than $6 a month, which is one Starbucks coffee or a weekend beer.
When the tenant is up for renewal, bump the rent $10 more than what you already planned to increase it. You'll cover the P.O. Box with a little profit on top.
