Duplex deal take or nah...
I found a nice 650k duplex sitting at a nice spot in town..I want to put down 300k as a down payment ( with 350k mortgage) ( the duplex rent for 2200 upstairs and 1600 downstairs utility included). I plan to live downstairs. Do you think this is an acceptable deal? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

@Dylan Nguyen we all have different objectives for what is an acceptable return. Especially if you are going to live in the property it is really for you to decide.
As a young man I lived in downtown Ottawa in the 1960's lots of great memories! One of the highlights was a Bob Dylan/Joan Baez concert in 1965. All the best!
