What to do if AC broken and tenant complains?

Lily Liu
Posted

The AC broke in my rental, and it takes time for AC company to get parts and come back to repair. At the meantime, tenants complain about house being too hot (79) and wonder if there is any remedies. What would be good ways to ease the tension here?

What happens when the air conditioning breaks in your personal home? do the air conditioning fairies show up and fix it immediately to ensure you don't suffer a minute of discomfort? Of course not! You are required to wait for parts in your personal home just like a renter any rental. explain the situation and let them know it's beyond your control. Your legal and moral obligation is to repair it as quickly as possible, which you are already doing.
