Am a newbie and about to invest in the Cleveland OH area. I want to know if it makes investment sense to purchase SFH in D neighborhoods. Your comments and suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

@Frank Agyeman-Duah not saying its impossible but for the first time investor there may be more work than you anticipate.  If that ends up being the case you may sour on this type of an investment.  I'd look for a C area and to get started, get your system in place and then move forward from there.  Only you can determine your comfort level.  Good luck!
