Puzzle: Help me identify this window manufacturer
Hello All,
I know some of you really love a challenge, so here's one. I am appealing to the collective experience on these forums to help me solve a mystery!
I need to replace the lower sash in a vinyl double-hung window in one of my properties, as it has been damaged. It does not have the manufacturer's sticker anymore, so I am trying to identify the manufacturer in order to procure a replacement.
On the same property (but in another unit) I have found a sticker. I'm hoping it's from the same manufacturer as the one that needs replacement.
Here's a sticker from another window in the same building:
Does anyone recognize the PO or sticker format? The window style might be "Saratoga" , or that could be where the vendor is located where the window was purchased (that city is just north of us).
Here's the actual sash that needs replacement. No safety stops on the upper sash (not pictured). Perhaps you can recognize the manufacturer from the window hardware?
Latches (devoid of name):
Thank you!! I'm really in a bind. I appreciate any help you can be, or creative suggestions you may have that will help me identify a replacement source. I'd rather not replace the entire window, as I am sure you can understand.
